What We Do:

Bee Healthy and Well Coaching was founded in 2024 with a mission of helping people heal themselves from eczema and other skin issues. Our holistic approach focuses on the whole person (mind, body and spirit) and is customized to fit your needs and overall health goals. We respect that everyone is different and requires a different approach. Some techniques might work well for me but not for you. You will receive a personalized plan that respects your bio-individuality. We will also keep you accountable and keep you motivated to reach your goals!

My business and logo are modeled after the honey bee because like good health, bees are integral to human life. Bees are vital to agricultural production. They pollinate plants so we can enjoy fruits and vegetables. According to the USDA In the United States, more than one-third of all crop production – 90 crops ranging from nuts to berries to flowering vegetables - requires insect pollination. Managed honey bee colonies are our primary pollinators, adding at least $15 billion a year by increasing yields and helping to ensure superior-quality harvests. 

However, bees are in danger of extinction and without the bee many of our foods such as eggplant, zucchini, broccoli, cucumbers, raspberries, apples or oranges would not exist.  Honeybees also produce honey which also provides essential nutrients. Learn how you can help save bees.  

Pollination is essential to the production of our fruits and vegetables, and healthy eating and wellness is also essential in our lives.  Many chronic ailments such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, skin disease and weight issues can be directly attributed to the types of foods we eat.
